We came in the other morning to be greeted by a massive Asics Manchester Marathon billboard adorning the side of the Victoria Warehouse just across the road from our office. The race will be held this Sunday in Trafford where over 10,000 runners will take to the streets to test their mettle in a challenging 26 mile run through the streets of Manchester.
Those who aren’t running are welcome to cheer on the athletes and enjoy the cavalcade of local entertainment. There’ll be singers, food and drink to represent the best of Trafford hospitality, so it should be a great day out for everyone involved.
Although we may not be running the Manchester Marathon this year we still want to wish every runner the best of luck. We know they’ll do their best to reach the finish line no matter what.
