We are an award-winning, independent Marketing Agency based in Salford Quays, Manchester, looking for a multi-talented Senior Brand Designer to join the team.

We’re an ambitious studio, targeting a candidate that can match their creativity and drive. We believe in boosting brands and creating standout to accelerate sales and growth for online brands. About You

What we’re looking for

You’re passionate about pushing your ideas and designs to create standout and engagement.

You’re a strong team player with initiative, a diverse portfolio demonstrating great design, branding, and creative campaign work.

You will be working across a variety of projects ranging from design for digital, brand, and multi-channel campaigns and conceptualising creative solutions.

Working solo on some projects as well as working within the larger team on others, from idea through to delivery for all our brands.

Skills/
experience

A design ninja

• 4+ years experience in a creative/marketing agency
• Good understanding of Brand Strategy, creating identities and guidelines
• Participation in Brand Workshops and Discovery Sessions with clients
• Creation and Development of visual concepts and designs
• Creating artwork, such as logos, packaging, digital assets and promotional materials
• Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired strategy & positioning
• Research current design trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders for review and feedback
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Ensure that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on design-related topics and projects
