Yesterday a couple of the K2L team were lucky enough to get a guided tour around Salford Reds’ new home the Salford City Stadium!
The highlight of the tour was actually the trophy room where we were able to see a replica of the Challenge cup, created by a local jeweler who created it for the club back in 1938 when they won the trophy. Fingers crossed they’ll be adding another shiny thing to the cabinet in the not too distant future!
All in all it was a brilliant meet up and we’ll have to do it again soon, maybe tomorrow tonight for the Huddersfield Giants game?!
