When Forest Contract approached us, their website was no longer fit for purpose. With multiple services and a vast range of products available, Forest Contract needed a platform fit to showcase their offering. They were also looking to reposition themselves as a market-leader of furniture manufacturing, and thus needed a website that reflected this standing. We set about to:

+ The Challenge
Forest Contract wanted to improve their online presence and promote their many products and services in a clear, engaging way. As manufacturers of bespoke commercial furniture, Forest Contract’s target market includes hotels, bars and restaurants – it was with these enterprises in mind that the new website was to be designed.
With plenty of informative content ready for online visitors and potential clients, Forest Contract needed a website that delivered this content effectively – strengthening their standing as a reputable resource and thought-leader in their particular industry. The website also needed to incorporate a form of data-capture, so that Forest Contract would be able to collect additional user information and generate more quality, actionable leads.

Using the specialist eCommerce CMS platform Magento, we built a fully-responsive, content-managed website that showcases Forest Contract’s extensive product range. From initial concept to final design, the project was carefully-considered for user experience – so that every user has an easy, enjoyable customer journey, from the moment they land on the site.
Optimum accessibility and a clean, contemporary design.
For optimum accessibility, the site is responsive across all browsers and platforms, including mobile devices. Using a process of Information Architecture, our UX designers established a suitable hierarchy and site structure, resulting in downloadable brochures to display even more product information. The aesthetic is also contemporary, clean and stylish, reflecting both Forest Contract’s brand and products.
Not only has the new site seen a substantial rise in traffic, conversions also increased exponentially. Users are now able to locate relevant information, and navigate a clear, simple-to-use site. The downloadable brochures are clearly marked and accessible, and Forest Contract is able to capture data in the form of a newsletter sign-up box, located prominently on the homepage.
Since the new site has gone live, Forest Contract has enjoyed:
- A significant 720% rise in conversions
- Traffic to website increase by 469%
- Increase in data acquired from placement of sign-up box
