On the 18th May this year the city will stage yet another Great Manchester Run, and some of the team from K2L will run alongside 40,000 other participants in Europes biggest 10k running event.
The event, which will be broadcast live on BBC Television, is for all runners of all abilities aged 15 and over, which will be music to the ears of some of the team that have been a bit lax on their training in the run up to the event.
Either way, fit or unfit, the team at K2L are running the Great Manchester Run for a good cause in aid of St Ann’s Hospice.
So, if you’re coming down to watch the runners don’t forget to cheer us on.
