New Clients And New Staff Lead To New Progress

Last year was a great year for K2L as we got involved in loads of exciting projects with our existing clients, resulting in a spate of award nominations and wins.

We’ve never been a marketing agency that likes to rest on our laurels though, and 2015 has seen us concentrate on building on last year’s success by growing the company and adding new clients to our portfolio.

There’s been a flurry of activity in our studio in recent weeks, which has seen us win not one, but three new clients. Weird Ape specialises in crafting unique watches at affordable prices. We’re exited to start working in establishing their brand personality with a snazzy new website.

If you’ve ever tried the Insanity workout, the name Shaun T is likely to send shivers down your spine. The world-renowned fitness guru has developed a new workout supplement and the UK branch of his company has tasked us with promoting it.

Most recently, we won a three-way pitch against two other local agencies and were awarded the opportunity to work with Salford City Council to roll out branding for the recently privatised social services for disabled adults branch, which is now called ‘Aspire’.

To cope with the sudden expansion to our portfolio, the team has also had to grow and we’re proud to welcome two new members of staff, Adam Robertshaw and Aislinn O’Keefe.

Adam joins us from The University of Salford, where he worked as a communications officer. He has a background in copywriting and joined K2L to fill the Content Manager vacancy. Outside the office he likes to make a racket, playing guitar in a heavy metal band called Barbarian Hermit.

Aislinn originates from Newry in Ireland and graduated from Lancaster University with a Marketing BA. She took her passion for marketing a step further and joined the team as our new Accounts Executive. Her spare time is divided between travelling, discovering what Manchester has to offer and working up a sweat in the gym.

Welcome to K2L, Adam and Aislinn.
