K2L is a Digital Performance Marketing Agency, located in Salford Quays, Manchester. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Studio Manager to work with our diverse range of B2C & DTC, Lifestyle Brands.

About You

An operations OG, you’re organised, flexible and a showstopping multi-tasker with out of this world time-management to boot!

You’ll be the back bone of the studio, optimising time and space for creative innovation by keeping the studio in tip-top shape: budgeting, resourcing and streamlining everything behind the scenes.

This studio’s life-blood, is creativity in all aspects, such as Digital Campaigns, Video, Social Media, Branding and Web, your experience in managing similar teams will allow you to get the hang of such workflows, and the way they intertwine.

Most of all, you’ll be a positive energy and force within the studio – the font of all knowledge and dependable individual for information, support and solutions, and a captain for the whole team.

Experience in a creative or digital environment is advantageous but not essential.

The Position

Responsible for managing the workflow of the studio, you’ll keep a sharp eye on project progress, budgeting, and capacity planning, maximising the agency’s creative potential at every opportunity.

When it comes to systems and processes, you’ll be an advocate for consistency and efficiency wherever possible, while staying on the lookout for transformative digital solutions. You’ll make the vision of formalising ops processes from sales right through to delivery a reality, minimising time-wasting and saving money.

Working clients, you’ll be able to manage expectations and handle the workflow of the studio with care and precision. Liaising with third party suppliers, and the studio’s freelance network, you’ll manage and maintain partnerships to allow for ultimate success, always looking for opportunities to cultivate efficiencies and optimise current ways of working.

You’ll collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure projects are organised and executed to the Nth degree, leading regular update meetings and tackling challenges with a can-do attitude.
