Innovative car seat and stroller distributor, Doona, came to us looking for help in maximising social budgets and targeting its social media output more effectively. We were happy to help, and our team went over to Doona HQ so that representatives from the group could come along.

We’ve been doing a fair bit of social media training recently – but there’s no death by powerpoint in our sessions. They were greeted by doughnuts and Dennis, our spacehopper mascot. But we’ll let you wonder how he fits in to all this…

Social media training is a two-way street. It needs to be entertaining and engaging, as well as covering the basics. It then gets more in-depth as we look at who each company is, who they are targeting, why and how.

The Doona team was delighted with the training, learning the basic building blocks as well as the need for a good Social Media Strategy. We got great feedback from the session and are already seeing the learnings being put into practice – nice one guys!
