Salford Red Devils vs K2L

Salford Red Devils vs K2L!

A chilling fear has descended upon the K2L office this morning – as we’ve found ourselves on the receiving end of an almighty challenge…

In a dramatic turn of events, rugby superstar Adrian Morley has challenged one unlucky member of Team K2L to an arm wrestle!

Will It Be Morley 1: K2L NONE?

Now, Morley should be busy relaxing; as he bid farewell to his illustrious career last year when he retired from his hometown club Salford Red Devils. The former Great Britain ace is famed for his revered 20-year international career, taking in time at Leeds, Sydney, Bradford and Warrington.

He enjoyed a spectacularly successful six-year spell in the NRL with Sydney Roosters, before returning to Super League with Warrington back in 2007. Then, Morley set a precedent – leading the Wolves to Challenge Cup final glory at Wembley three times in just four years. He ended up captaining the team to a maiden Grand Final at Old Trafford in 2013, before completing a move to his to Salford Reds.

Brute Strength vs. Plucky Optimism?

Renowned for his ‘strong’ style of play, Morley is the most capped England and Great Britain player of all time – and all those matches have certainly helped him build up his strength. Rumour has it he boasts biceps bigger than Hulk Hogan, and can bench press a small car (a Peugeot 108, if anyone’s asking).

Needless to say, the atmosphere in the office is tense. And how do we plan to put our best man (or woman!) forward, we hear you ask? The good old trusted, and totally fair… Names out of a hat.

HELP!

We’re drawing ‘em this week, so keep your eyes and ears on our social, @K2LMarketing and www.facebook.com/K2LMarketing to find out who will be facing Morley in this madness! In the meantime, we might have to hit up our pals at Salford Reds for some tips…

It’ll be a test of will, determination and brute strength – and we’ve got a feeling we’re gonna need all the luck we can get. Stay tuned folks!
