Batanaful is a sustainable haircare brand brought to life by professional footballer Kieran Agard, inspired by his own search for a natural hair product that would deliver all it promised. At the heart of the brand is its hero ingredient, batana oil, made from vegan, organic batana fruit, sustainably harvested in Honduras. Built on the values of ethical production, organic ingredients, and inclusivity for all hair types, Batanaful is as much about purpose as it is performance.
K2L was tasked to help solidify the brand’s identity and develop a set of scalable brand guidelines to support its expansion into new areas. Through a collaborative brand workshop, we dug into everything from tone of voice to visual positioning, helping Batanaful get clear on who they are, what they stand for, and what makes them stand out in a busy beauty space.
We streamlined their logo suite, crafted guidance for future product photography, and shaped messaging that highlighted their roots. Every element of the refreshed branding speaks to Batanaful’s values and vision, without losing sight of what makes it special.
