When Moochie came to us, they had just a name – and big ambitions to launch a beauty brand that would adapt to the wearer, making each product uniquely theirs. The debut range would feature pH-adjusting lip oils that transform into each person’s perfect shade, alongside long-lasting, hydrating glosses designed to keep up with the day and look as flawless hours later as when first applied. Moochie had all the makings of a brilliant product, but needed a five-star brand positioning strategy to stand out in an oversaturated beauty space.

With experience growing everything from emerging indie names to some of the UK’s biggest beauty brands, we set about turning Moochie into something that couldn’t be ignored. From day one, we worked closely with the client to shape a brand that captured their vision but also had the commercial punch to claim its place in the market, turn heads, and (quite literally) be the product on everyone’s lips.

Once we’d scoped out the competition, we pinpointed exactly what made Moochie different, then built a distinctive look and feel designed to make it the brand shoppers reach for first. We rolled that identity out across every touchpoint — from a colour palette and tone of voice that spoke directly to their target market, to packaging that pops on the shelf and a sleek, conversion-focused website.

We also developed a pre-launch social strategy to spark curiosity, grow a loyal following, and build buzz ahead of Moochie’s 2026 debut – laying the foundations for even bigger growth to come.
