When Raymond Blanc’s Brasserie Blanc arrived in Hale Barns, they wanted to make an entrance. The restaurant aimed to enforce their values of local, fresh ingredients within French and Internationally inspired dishes, cooked by the best chefs.
Having decided to bring a taste of France to diners, Brasserie Blanc were seeking a striking but in-keeping campaign to launch the new restaurant. At K2L we developed a strategy to echo the class, quality, and positioning of restaurateur. We based the campaign on their floral accents and bold shapes, reflecting the harshest contrasts of the brand.
The campaign ran successfully over various channels both digital and traditional to maximise impressions and reach. The launch of Brasserie Blanc was hailed a success. It continues to be a popular (and delicious) choice in the area by locals and tourists alike.
